- Yes. The vehicle is exclusively yours, with no shared rides and no extra stops.
- What happens if my flight is delayed?
- We monitor every inbound flight and adjust your pickup to your actual arrival. Your driver waits at the airport for up to 2 hours after landing at no extra charge.
- Where do I meet my driver?
- You receive the exact confirmed meeting point before you travel. Look for your driver holding a tablet with your name on it.
- Can I book for a group?
- Yes. Our fleet runs from SUVs up to a 50-passenger bus, so any group can travel together.
- How do I pay?
- Securely online by card when you book — your quote is confirmed before you pay.
- Do you provide child seats?
- Yes. Child seats are US$5.00 per trip — add them during booking with your child's age and approximate weight.
- What's included on board?
- Airport pickups include cold bottled water, soft drinks and cold towels. Return trips include Wi-Fi and complimentary water or soda.
- Is Transekur licensed and insured?
- Yes. We are authorized by INTRANT, the Dominican Republic's ground transportation authority, carry commercial passenger liability insurance, and are members of the Asociación de Hoteles de La Romana y Bayahibe.
- What is the cancellation policy?
- Full refund when you cancel 14 or more days before pickup. From 13 days down to 48 hours: 50% refund, or a 100% credit valid for one year. Inside 48 hours: non-refundable.
