What happens, step by step

Who this is worth it for
It is worth it for families with small children, tight connections, reduced-mobility passengers and larger groups landing in a peak arrival bank. Travelling light and alone off-peak, the ordinary lane is usually fine.

- Book it with the rest of your travel arrangements rather than on the day. The service is escort-based and staffed per flight, so the earlier your flight details are on file, the more certain the assignment — particularly during high season and on peak weekend arrival banks at Punta Cana.
- What happens if my flight is delayed?
- Your flight is monitored, and a delayed or early arrival moves the escort with it. You do not need to call ahead or rebook. If a missed connection changes your flight number or arrival date, tell us as soon as you know so the assignment follows the new flight.
- Does Fast Track cover customs?
