Before you land
Your flight is monitored in real time and your pickup adjusts automatically to your actual arrival. You receive your chauffeur's details — including their photo — before pickup.
At the airport
Your driver waits with a tablet showing your name, connected live to our dispatch team, for up to 2 hours after landing at no extra charge. The exact meeting point is sent to you before you travel.
On the road
Professional chauffeurs in company uniform drive GPS-logged trips. Airport pickups include cold bottled water, soft drinks and cold towels; return trips include Wi-Fi and complimentary water or soda.
Behind the scenes
A 24/7 dispatch team sees every trip stage live, from assignment to drop-off, and automated checks verify every reservation's details — so nothing depends on someone remembering.
Booking and payment
One fixed quote is confirmed before you pay, with PCI-certified card processing — your card details never touch our servers. Confirmation is instant, and if you are interrupted mid-booking your reservation link lets you resume where you left off.

Safe, licensed and insured
Ground transportation in the Dominican Republic is largely informal, and a great deal of it is uninsured. For a traveller arriving at an airport, there is often no way to tell which vehicle is operating legally and which is not.
Transekur holds an INTRANT operating license for chauffeur-driven luxury vehicle service, carries commercial passenger liability insurance, and is a member of the La Romana & Bayahibe Hotel Association. Every trip runs inside a regulated, documented operation.
