Transekur private aviation
Private Aviation Ground Transportation in the Dominican Republic
Transekur coordinates ground transportation around private-aviation missions at every business-aviation airport in the Dominican Republic.
Movements are planned against the aircraft's own schedule, with separate vehicles for the Principal, the flight crew and the luggage when a mission calls for it.
One operations desk holds the whole plan, so schedulers, brokers and executive assistants deal with a single point of contact rather than a chain of local suppliers.
This is ground transportation only: we make no claim about handling, customs or airport access procedures, which each facility controls.

Flight-department accounts
Flight departments and charter operators that return to the Dominican Republic regularly can work with Transekur on an account basis instead of booking each movement cold.
An account means a dedicated operations contact, account-level coordination across airports and consolidated handling of repeat crew movements.
How a mission is coordinated
1. Request
Send the airport, the date and how the party splits between Principal, crew and luggage. A tail number helps operations follow the aircraft's schedule.
2. Operations confirm the vehicle plan
The desk builds the vehicle plan against the aircraft's schedule and comes back in writing with vehicles, timing and the confirmed meeting point.
3. Chauffeur confirmed at the terminal
Your chauffeur is confirmed at the terminal's landside exit or arrivals area — the exact meeting point is confirmed with your booking, because it follows each facility's current procedure.
4. Separate movements run as planned
Principal, crew and luggage movements run as planned, each with its own vehicle and chauffeur where the plan calls for it, with the same desk reachable throughout.

Private aviation — questions
- Does Transekur coordinate with the terminal or the handler?
- We confirm the ground-transport handoff according to each facility's current procedure. The meeting point and the level of access vary by location, and both are confirmed with your booking rather than promised in advance.
- Can the Principal, the flight crew and the luggage travel separately?
- Yes. We plan separate vehicles for the Principal, the crew and the luggage when a mission calls for it, subject to availability on the date requested.
- How do you handle private-flight delays?
- Operations adjust the plan with the requester and, where relevant, the facility handling the flight. Final staging remains subject to operational confirmation on the day.
- Which airports do you cover?
- Four airports have their own page today: Punta Cana (MDPC/PUJ), La Isabela in Santo Domingo (MDJB/JBQ), La Romana (MDLR/LRM) and Las Américas in Santo Domingo (MDSD/SDQ). The directory on this page lists all nine business-aviation airports we coordinate ground transportation at.
- How far in advance should a movement be requested?
- As early as the schedule allows, because vehicle categories and chauffeurs are assigned per mission. Same-day requests are accepted subject to availability.
- Do your vehicles enter the aircraft movement area?
- We make no such claim. Vehicles meet the party landside at the terminal exit or arrivals area unless a facility's own procedure provides otherwise, which is confirmed with your booking.
