For guests who want the arrival to be as composed as the stay, we pair the transfer with Fast Track and a Full-Size SUV so nobody is queueing and nobody is sitting on a suitcase. Corporate and celebration arrivals are usually booked this way.

Capacity comes straight from our booking system. Vehicle model is assigned by class, not by specific model.

• Small SUV (Volvo XC40) — up to 2 passengers and 2 suitcases. Couples travelling light.
• Minivan (Hyundai Staria) — up to 5 passengers and 5 suitcases. The usual choice for a family.
• Full-Size SUV (Ford Expedition Max) — up to 6 passengers and 6 suitcases, with the luggage room for golf clubs.
• Mercedes Sprinter — up to 16 passengers and 16 suitcases, for a wedding party or multi-family group.
• Large Bus — up to 50 passengers, for a full group movement.

Add VIP Fast Track to the arrival

If you want to skip the immigration and customs queues, VIP Fast Track can be added to the same arrival and handed to your chauffeur at the private exit. It is the fastest version of a Cap Cana arrival, and it is worth it on the busy afternoon flight bank.

The St. Regis Cap Cana Resort opened in 2025 inside the same gated community, and the parties we carry to it are usually the smallest we handle here — one or two couples. The brief is about how the arrival feels rather than how many seats are needed. So the details we control are the ones that show: a chauffeur inside the hall before the flight lands rather than after it, luggage handled without being asked, a cabin already cold, and one unbroken leg to the property's arrival point with no second stop. Vehicle chosen for the cabin, not just the seat count

For two adults with two or three cases the Small SUV is a genuine fit, but plenty of guests here choose a Minivan or a Full-Size SUV for the same party purely for the cabin space on the way in — more room per person and a boot that does not have to be packed to the roof. We will quote the class that fits, and if you want the larger cabin for a two-person party, say so and that is what we assign.

Golf-side arrivals and week-long use

Cap Cana's championship golf sits inside the same community, and guests arriving to play generally land the day before and want the car available afterwards. Rather than booking each leg, that is where a chauffeur held for your stay makes more sense: course mornings, dinner elsewhere in the community, and the airport run at the end, all on one arrangement with the same driver who met you.

The St. Regis Cap Cana sits inside the gated Cap Cana community just south of the airport. Punta Cana International (PUJ) is the primary gateway and the airport most guests use. Santo Domingo Las Américas (SDQ) is the alternative, with a wider spread of international flights and often cheaper fares. From there it is one direct drive to the resort lobby.
