A long transfer, done properly
This is a long private drive, and it is planned as one. Your chauffeur monitors the inbound flight, meets you inside the terminal with a welcome tablet, and the vehicle stays yours from the airport to the resort door. Arrivals include cold bottled water, soft drinks and cold towels; return trips include Wi-Fi and complimentary water or soda. Stops are available on request — a meal, a pharmacy, a supermarket before check-in.

Capacity comes straight from our booking system. Vehicle model is assigned by class, not by specific model.
- Small SUV (Volvo XC40) — up to 2 passengers and 2 suitcases. Couples travelling light.
- Minivan (Hyundai Staria) — up to 5 passengers and 5 suitcases. The usual choice for a family.
- Full-Size SUV (Ford Expedition Max) — up to 6 passengers and 6 suitcases, with room for bulky luggage.
- Mercedes Sprinter — up to 16 passengers and 16 suitcases, for a larger group travelling together.
- Large Bus — up to 50 passengers, for a full group movement.

Coming from a Punta Cana resort instead of the airport
If you are splitting your holiday — a few nights on the east coast, then Samaná — we can run the same private trip from your Punta Cana or Bávaro hotel instead of from the terminal. It is the same booking, with a hotel pickup time instead of a flight number.
Book the return at the same time
Booking both legs together sets your departure pickup against your outbound flight in advance, which matters more on a long transfer than a short one. If your plans change, our cancellation terms give a full refund 14 or more days before pickup, and a 50% refund or a full one-year credit from 13 days up to 48 hours before pickup.

Punta Cana International (PUJ) is the primary gateway and the airport most guests use. Santo Domingo Las Américas (SDQ) is the alternative and the main gateway for the Samaná peninsula, while Samaná El Catey (AZS) is the closest airport with a limited, partly seasonal flight selection. We run the transfer as a single private vehicle from either one, so the decision is usually about flight schedules and fares rather than logistics. We take your flight number at booking and monitor the flight, so your pickup follows the arrival that actually happens. Your chauffeur is waiting inside the arrivals hall with a tablet showing your name, helps with the luggage, and there is cold bottled water in the vehicle. From there it is one direct drive to the resort lobby. You also have two hours of free waiting time after landing, which covers a slow immigration hall or a late bag.
