How the arrival works
We take your flight number at booking and monitor the flight, so the pickup follows your actual arrival rather than the schedule. Your chauffeur waits inside the terminal with a welcome tablet, helps with the luggage, and drives you straight to the resort. The route across the peninsula is a road our drivers know well.
Comfort on a longer drive
Airport pickups include cold bottled water, soft drinks and cold towels. Return trips include Wi-Fi and complimentary water or soda. Child seats are available, and a stop — groceries, a pharmacy, a coffee — can be added on request.

Capacity comes straight from our booking system. Vehicle model is assigned by class, not by specific model.
- Small SUV (Volvo XC40) — up to 2 passengers and 2 suitcases. Couples travelling light.
- Minivan (Hyundai Staria) — up to 5 passengers and 5 suitcases. The usual choice for a family.
- Full-Size SUV (Ford Expedition Max) — up to 6 passengers and 6 suitcases, with room for bulky luggage.
- Mercedes Sprinter — up to 16 passengers and 16 suitcases, for a larger group travelling together.
- Large Bus — up to 50 passengers, for a full group movement.

Book the return at the same time
Most guests book the airport-to-resort leg and the resort-to-airport leg together. It costs you nothing extra to arrange it now, and it means your departure pickup time is already set against your outbound flight rather than left to the last evening of the trip. If your plans change, our cancellation terms give a full refund 14 or more days before pickup, and a 50% refund or a full one-year credit from 13 days up to 48 hours before pickup.
Villas and private addresses
Las Terrenas has as many private villas and rentals as it has hotels, and we serve those too. Give us the exact address at booking — a road name and a landmark is usually enough on the peninsula — and your chauffeur will take you to the door rather than to a town-centre drop point.

We take your flight number at booking and monitor the flight, so your pickup follows the arrival that actually happens. Your chauffeur is waiting inside the arrivals hall with a tablet showing your name, helps with the luggage, and there is cold bottled water in the vehicle. From there it is one direct drive to the resort lobby. You also have two hours of free waiting time after landing, which covers a slow immigration hall or a late bag.
Playa Las Ballenas is the public beach the resort fronts, on the Las Terrenas shoreline.

Our dispatch schedules the return pickup around your departure flight and keeps watching it for changes.
