The Guest Transport Portal

A branded page for your wedding, on its own event URL, where guests submit their own arrival and departure flights. You set what is possible before the link goes out; every request then waits in your approval inbox until you release it.

Approved requests are not notes in a spreadsheet. They become real reservations in the same dispatch and operations system that runs every Transekur trip.

How it works

Three moves: we build it, your guests use it, you approve it.

  1. 01

    We build your event page

You get a branded guest page on its own event URL — the wedding logo, hero image and the couple's names. We load the routes, vehicle classes and service types you approve, and nothing outside them can be requested.

  2. 02

    Guests submit their flights

Guests open the link, pick their arrival date, see that day's airlines, choose their real flight and submit. No account, no password. Pickup time is computed from the actual flight schedule, not from a time the guest guessed.

  3. 03

    You approve, we drive

Every request lands in your approval inbox as pending. Approve or reject from the email button or the dashboard. Approved requests become real dispatched reservations in the same operations system that runs every Transekur trip.

What the portal does

Every item here is a capability we operate today. Nothing on this page is a roadmap.

  • A branded guest page, no accounts

Your wedding gets its own event URL carrying the wedding logo, a hero image and the couple's names. Guests never create an account and never enter a password.

  • Locked routes

Only the origin and destination pairs you approve can be requested. A guest cannot invent a route you did not plan for.

  • Locked vehicle classes

You decide which vehicle classes are available on the event, so nobody books a coach for two people or a small SUV for six.

  • Locked service types

Arrival, departure and round-trip combinations are set by you. Only the combinations you enable appear to guests.

  • Flight-driven scheduling

A guest picks their date, sees that day's airlines, then selects their real flight. Pickup is computed from the actual schedule for that flight.

  • Two payment models

Hosts pay for everyone — guests never see a price anywhere — or each guest pays their own, while hosts still control routes, vehicles and approvals.

  • Organizer approval inbox

Every request arrives pending. Approve or reject from the email button or the dashboard, give a reason on rejection, and reverse a decision within the guardrails.

  • Automatic branded notifications

Guests and organizers receive branded English or Spanish notifications automatically at every state change, so nobody has to chase an update.

  • Excel manifest, any time

Export the full guest manifest to Excel whenever you want it — not on a schedule, not by request, and never a spreadsheet that went stale the moment it was sent.

  • One consolidated invoice

The event closes with a single consolidated invoice for the whole wedding instead of a pile of individual receipts.

  • Real dispatched reservations

An approved request is not a note in a spreadsheet. It becomes a real reservation in the same dispatch and operations system that runs every Transekur trip.

What you control

Your settings

  • Which routes exist — only your approved origin and destination pairs.
  • Which vehicle classes guests can request.
  • Which service types are available: arrival, departure or round trip.
  • Who pays: the hosts for everyone, or each guest for their own transfer.
  • The cutoff date after which guests can no longer submit requests.
  • Who approves — you, the venue coordinator, or whoever you nominate.

What your guests experience

  • No account and no password — they open the event link and submit.
  • They pick their real flight from that day's airlines instead of typing a pickup time.
  • When the hosts are covering transportation, no price appears anywhere in the process.
  • Branded confirmations in English or Spanish at every state change.
  • A private vehicle with a driver holding a name board inside arrivals.

What the portal does not do

The portal handles arrivals, departures and round trips. Hourly and as-directed service — a car held for the wedding party through the day, venue-to-venue shuttling on an open schedule — is quoted separately by our team and is not a portal feature today.

We would rather tell you that here than have you discover it during the wedding week. Send those requirements with your enquiry and we will quote them beside the portal event.

Give us the date, the venue and an approximate guest count. We will set up the event page, load the routes and vehicle classes you approve, and hand you the link to send out.

Portal questions

Do wedding guests need an account to use the portal?
No. Guests open your event link, choose their arrival date, pick their real flight from that day's airlines and submit. There is no account and no password at any point. Every state change after that reaches them as an automatic branded notification in English or Spanish.
Can a guest request a route or vehicle we did not approve?
No. You lock the routes, the vehicle classes and the service types when the event is set up, and only those options appear to guests. Anything outside them cannot be requested, so nobody books a coach for two people or invents a destination you never planned for.
How do we get the wedding guest manifest?
Export it to Excel whenever you want it. The manifest is generated on demand from live data rather than emailed on a schedule, so the file you open always matches the current state of approvals instead of the state it was in last Tuesday.
Does the portal handle hourly or as-directed service?
Not today. The portal covers arrivals, departures and round trips. A car held for the wedding party through the day, or venue-to-venue shuttling on an open schedule, is quoted separately by our team alongside your event.
