For wedding planners, venues & agencies
Guest transportation is the piece of a destination wedding that generates the most messages and the least credit. We take it off your desk without taking your client: you set the rules, we run the operation, and the guests deal with a page instead of you.
Transekur has operated across the Dominican Republic since 2012, running airport transfers and large-event coordination.
What working with us gives you
You keep the client relationship
The event page carries the wedding's branding, not a sales pitch. We are the operator behind it; you stay the planner in front of it.
You keep control of the operation
Routes, vehicle classes, service types, the payment model and the submission cutoff are all yours to set. Guests work inside the box you draw.
One point of contact
You get an operations contact for the event rather than a general queue, and the driver manifest for larger movements before the day begins.
One invoice, one reconciliation
When the hosts are covering transportation, the event closes on a single consolidated invoice instead of a stack of individual guest receipts.
Bilingual, end to end
Guest notifications, coordinators and drivers work in English and Spanish, so a guest never has to translate their own arrival.
A licensed operator on the record
INTRANT Operating License SAV-LL 002-2025 (amended by Resolution SAV-LL-004-2026) — valid through January 2030.
How an event runs, start to finish
Five steps. You are involved in the first two and the fourth.
- 01
Scope the event with us
Date, venue, guest count and which airports your guests are booking. We tell you what we can operate and what needs a separate quote.
- 02
We configure the event page
Approved routes, vehicle classes, service types, payment model and submission cutoff. You review it before the link is shared.
- 03
You send one link
It goes in the wedding website, the save-the-date or the guest email. No accounts for guests, no arrival details collected by message.
- 04
You approve as requests arrive
Approve or reject from the email button or the dashboard, with a reason on rejection. Export the manifest to Excel whenever you need it.
- 05
We operate the wedding
Flights monitored, chauffeurs briefed, guests met inside arrivals. For larger movements, coordinators are posted at every point.
The settings that stay yours
Nothing in this list moves without you.
- Which routes exist — only your approved origin and destination pairs.
- Which vehicle classes guests can request.
- Which service types are available: arrival, departure or round trip.
- Who pays: the hosts for everyone, or each guest for their own transfer.
- The cutoff date after which guests can no longer submit requests.
- Who approves — you, the venue coordinator, or whoever you nominate.
What the portal does not do
The portal handles arrivals, departures and round trips. Hourly and as-directed service — a car held for the wedding party through the day, venue-to-venue shuttling on an open schedule — is quoted separately by our team and is not a portal feature today.
Send those requirements with your enquiry and we quote them beside the portal event, so your client sees one plan rather than two.

Tell us about the wedding you are planning now. We will scope it, configure the event page for your review, and give you an operations contact for the event.
Planner questions
- Do you work with wedding planners and venues as a partner?
- Yes. Planners, venues and destination-management agencies are our primary channel for weddings. You keep the client relationship and the control settings; we operate the transportation and give you the portal, the manifest and one consolidated invoice per event.
- Can we white-label the guest transport page for our client?
- The event page is branded for the wedding — the couple's names, the wedding logo and a hero image on its own event URL. Guest notifications follow that branding, so what your client's guests see reads as part of the wedding, not as a supplier's website.
- What do you need from us to set up a wedding event?
- The wedding date, the venue, an approximate guest count, the airports your guests are booking, and who is paying. From there we configure the routes, vehicle classes and service types and send the event page back to you for review before any guest sees it.
- What is your cancellation policy for planner-managed wedding events?
- The published policy applies to every trip, wedding events included: 14 or more days before pickup — Full refund. 13 days to 48 hours before pickup — 50% refund, or a 100% credit valid for one year. Inside 48 hours, or no-show — Non-refundable. Multi-vehicle movements are confirmed with your coordinator against the event schedule.
