How the arrival works
We take your flight number when you book and monitor the flight, so your pickup follows your real arrival rather than the printed schedule. Your chauffeur waits inside the arrivals hall of your PUJ terminal holding a welcome tablet with your name on it, helps with the luggage, and drives you straight to the resort.
Airport pickups include cold bottled water, soft drinks and cold towels. Return trips include Wi-Fi and complimentary water or soda. Child seats are available, and a supermarket or pharmacy stop can be added on request.

- Full-Size SUV (Ford Expedition Max) — up to 6 passengers and 6 suitcases, with room for golf clubs.
- Mercedes Sprinter — up to 16 passengers and 16 suitcases, for a wedding party or multi-family group.
- Large Bus — up to 50 passengers, for a full group movement.

Add VIP Fast Track to the arrival
If you want to skip the immigration and customs queues, VIP Fast Track can be added to the same arrival and handed to your chauffeur at the private exit. On the busy afternoon flight bank into PUJ it is the difference between a queue and a walk-through.
Book the return at the same time
Most guests reserve both legs together, which sets the departure pickup against the outbound flight in advance. Our cancellation terms give a full refund 14 or more days before pickup, and a 50% refund or a full one-year credit from 13 days up to 48 hours before pickup.
