We drive to several Dreams resorts on this coast, and only one is in Cap Cana. The others, Dreams Flora and Dreams Macao Beach among them, sit north of the airport on the Bávaro side.
A booking that says only "Dreams Punta Cana" therefore has two very different readings, and the wrong one sends the car to the far side of the airport. Put "Dreams Cap Cana" on the reservation, and if you are booked into the resort's Club & Villas Section, say so: it tells us where inside the property to stop.
A family house between adults-only neighbours
Dreams Cap Cana publishes itself as a resort for couples and families. Its neighbours on this stretch, Secrets Cap Cana and Sanctuary Cap Cana, are adults-only. On the same road, the bookings look nothing alike.
For us a family arrival means children who need seats, a pram that needs a boot, and more luggage per person than two adults bring. Child seats are available: add them when you book, with each child's age, so the right seat is in the vehicle that meets you rather than something found on the day.

The Small SUV is published at two passengers and two suitcases, the Minivan at five and five, the Full-Size SUV at six and six, and the Mercedes Sprinter at sixteen and sixteen.
