What changed, and why we say so plainly
The Suburban was the workhorse of our black-car service for years, and a lot of returning guests still ask for it by name. The fleet has since been standardized: one model per class, uniformly maintained, so what you book is a guaranteed capacity and standard rather than a lottery on the day.
The Full-Size SUV class is now the white Ford Expedition Max. Same job, current vehicle.

Who it is for
Families of five or six with full luggage, golf parties with bags, and anyone taking a longer run — Uvero Alto, Miches, Bayahibe or Las Terrenas — where nobody wants a suitcase on their lap for an hour. It is also the usual choice for executive arrivals travelling with a colleague and heavier baggage.

What is included
Your vehicle is private to your party. We monitor your inbound flight, and your driver waits up to two hours after landing at no extra charge, meeting you inside the terminal with your name on a sign. Airport pickups include cold bottled water, soft drinks and cold towels; return trips include Wi-Fi and complimentary water or soda. Child seats can be added to any booking.
