That is why a party of five with two seats and five cases is not a five-passenger booking any more. We would rather move you up a class in advance than send a vehicle that technically seats the party but cannot carry it. Declare the bag count honestly — hand baggage, pushchairs and any sports equipment included — and we will match a class that carries all of it. Tell us that at booking and each flight gets its own timed pickup rather than one party waiting in the arrivals hall for another with tired children. Each vehicle is sized for the group it actually carries, and each is tracked against its own flight number. Give us as much notice as you can and each journey gets its own confirmed pickup time, its own vehicle class sized for whoever is actually travelling, and its own child seats requested again, because seats follow the booking rather than the family. We do not assume a return leg inherits the arrival's details. Short notice is not refused outright, but it is honestly harder to serve well, and we would rather tell you what is possible than accept something we cannot staff. Changes to an existing booking are confirmed back to you in writing, the same way the original was.

It is worth keeping the confirmations you already hold for the arrival, because most mid-stay changes are quicker to arrange from them than from memory. Nothing has to be reconstructed from scratch, and nothing depends on remembering a flight number correctly.
