This is a family resort, and family bookings need two things declared up front: child seats and bag count.

Child seats are added when you ask for them at booking and are never assumed to be aboard. Bag count matters because every vehicle class has a suitcase capacity as well as a passenger capacity, and the smaller limit is the one that binds. If two branches of the family are on two different flights, tell us — two timed pickups beat one group waiting for the other.

The booking is agreed before you travel, in writing, and the chauffeur arrives working from it. There is no conversation at the kerb about where you are going or what was included.

Your booking names the resort and the reservation holder, assigns a vehicle class from the passenger and suitcase counts you gave us, and states the waiting allowance and the cancellation terms before you accept it. Whatever the confirmation says is what happens, and if we cannot deliver something we say so at booking rather than at the terminal. If a detail on the confirmation looks wrong, reply and we correct it in advance.
