Tell us when you book and the stop is built into the job, which means the chauffeur has it on the sheet and the schedule behind your vehicle accounts for it. Asked for mid-drive, the same stop depends on what the rest of the day looks like, and we would rather not put your chauffeur in the position of saying no. The drive figure published on this page covers the road to the resort only, so a stop is time on top of it. If someone in the party needs to be dropped at a different address, that is a separate leg with its own confirmed pickup rather than an improvised detour.

Once agreed, the stop is written into the confirmation you hold, so it is not something you have to remind anyone about at the airport. If you decide against it after all, tell us and the booking reverts to a direct run; nothing about the vehicle or the timing depends on the stop still being wanted. Either way, you know before you travel exactly what the vehicle has been asked to do.
