Executive Car Service in the Dominican Republic

The short answer

For years our guests booked the Mercedes E-Class for executive car service — today that role is filled by the Volvo XC40 in our standardized fleet, our Small SUV class: up to 2 passengers and 2 suitcases with a professional bilingual driver. A luxury sedan specifically is no longer part of the standard bookable fleet; if your assignment genuinely requires a sedan, contact our team and we will tell you plainly what can be arranged for your dates.

Why the sedan left the lineup

The E-Class was our executive car for years. The fleet is now standardized around five classes, chosen for Dominican roads, luggage reality and consistent maintenance — and a low executive sedan is not the vehicle that serves most of this country's routes best. We would rather say that than keep a photo of a car we no longer operate on a booking page.

For one or two passengers travelling with light luggage, executive work now runs on the Volvo XC40.

Small SUV specifications

  • Passengers: up to 2
  • Suitcases: up to 2
  • Comfortable seating and climate control
  • USB charging
  • Professional bilingual driver

Vehicles are assigned by class rather than by specific model.

Sedan requests

If a sedan is a hard requirement — a protocol movement, a client's standing specification — write to us with the dates, the cities and the itinerary rather than booking online. Sedan availability is handled case by case and confirmed before anything is agreed. If we cannot field it to our standard for those dates, we will say so instead of substituting quietly.

Related on-request work is covered in armored vehicles and executive protection.

What executive travellers actually get

The vehicle is private to your party. We monitor your inbound flight and your driver waits up to two hours after landing at no extra charge, meeting you inside the terminal with your name on a sign. Airport pickups include cold bottled water, soft drinks and cold towels; return trips include Wi-Fi and complimentary water or soda.

For a day of meetings, or several days with the same driver, private chauffeur service is the right product rather than a string of one-way transfers. For delegations, see groups and events. Everything bookable is on the fleet page.

How pricing works

No rates appear here. The quote depends on your route, hours, party and dates, and the exact vehicle options available for your trip appear with their pricing in the booking quote — the single source of truth. You approve the total before you pay.

Start with Santo Domingo transfers or Punta Cana airport transfers.

Questions

Which vehicle should I book for my group size?
Up to 2 passengers: Small SUV (Volvo XC40). Up to 5: Minivan. Up to 6: Full-Size SUV. Up to 16: Mercedes Sprinter. Larger groups: Large Bus.
How much luggage fits in the Small SUV?
Up to 2 suitcases with 2 passengers. With more bags, book the next class up — go by whichever number is higher, passengers or bags.
How does pricing work?
Pricing follows your route, hours, party size and dates. The exact vehicle options for your trip and their pricing appear in the booking quote, and the total is fixed before payment.
Can I book a Mercedes E-Class?
Not through the standard fleet — a luxury sedan is no longer part of it. Sedan requests for executive assignments are handled on request; contact our team with your dates and itinerary.
