Transekur Global, a premium tourist transportation company in the Dominican Republic, is hiring Airport Representatives to welcome our clients at Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ).
At Punta Cana's Terminal B, our airport representative at the Transekur counter confirms each guest's flight and identity, gives them their chauffeur's details and walks them to the vehicle. It is the first moment of every trip, and it sets the tone for everything after it.
What you will do
- Welcome passengers in the arrivals area.
- Confirm reservations and flights.
- Take every guest to their chauffeur and answer their questions.
- Stay in contact with dispatch so each hand-over runs on time.
What we offer
- RD$35,000 per month plus performance bonuses.
- All benefits required by Dominican law.
- Two days off per week.
Requirements
- Fluent conversational English — mandatory
- High-school diploma (bachiller) or higher
- A service attitude and calm under pressure
- Comfortable with apps on your phone
- Available for rotating shifts
- Living in Punta Cana, Verón, Bávaro or Higüey
