- Who owns Transekur?
- Transekur was founded in 2012 by Dan Guzmán and Ricardo Perez, who are both still operating partners and run the company day to day. - Does Transekur use third-party operators?

- What is Transekur Transpo?
- Transekur Transpo is our active production division, created in 2014 after Pinewood Dominican Republic asked whether we could supply production equipment as well as move their people. It was the first dedicated fleet of production vehicles and equipment in the Dominican Republic and is today the country's largest production-trailer operation, supplying vehicles, production equipment, trailers and mobile restroom units for film, live events and institutional logistics.
- Does Transekur work with concerts and live events?
- Yes. Transekur Transpo has provided transportation, production trailers and mobile restroom units for large-scale live events across the Dominican Republic, including every edition of Festival Presidente since 2016 and major concerts nationwide. That work has included events produced by SD Concerts and edLive, among other leading Dominican event producers, and covers crew and artist transport as well as equipment. We also handle full transportation and logistics for governmental and institutional events, international summits and NGO events.
- Does Transekur work with film productions?
- Yes. Transekur Transpo has provided transportation and production equipment for international productions filmed in the Dominican Republic, including xXx: Return of Xander Cage, The Lost City, Shotgun Wedding and Nyad. Over the past decade, most major productions shot in the country have involved Transekur in some capacity — moving cast and crew, supplying trailers and restroom units, or both.
