What VIP Fast Track actually is
Fast Track is a person, not a pass. A uniformed airport escort is assigned to your flight, meets your party, and walks you through the terminal's priority lanes instead of the general queue — priority immigration on arrival, priority check-in and security on departure.
In the normal Punta Cana arrival you leave the aircraft, follow the crowd from your flight to immigration, join whichever line is open, then find baggage claim and the exit on your own. With Fast Track the walk is guided from the start, the immigration step happens in the priority lane, and someone is carrying the responsibility for getting your group through rather than leaving you to read signage after a long flight. We do not promise a number of minutes saved — what changes is which line you stand in and whether you are alone in it.
Arrival, departure, or both
On arrival the service is about clearing the airport: you are met, taken through the priority immigration lane, accompanied through baggage and handed to your driver at the door.
On departure it is the reverse and it includes the wait: priority check-in, priority security, then lounge access until your flight boards. Booked together as the round trip, the same treatment covers both ends of the holiday under one reservation.
What happens, step by step
Arriving. Your escort is waiting for your flight and meets your party by name at the gate. From there you are walked to immigration's priority lane, kept together through the arrivals and customs area, accompanied to baggage claim, and taken out to your waiting driver — who has been tracking the same flight.
Departing. You are met at the terminal entrance when your vehicle drops you off, taken to priority check-in with your luggage, escorted through security, and left in the lounge with your boarding passes in hand until it is time for the gate.

Who this is worth it for
Families with small children, where the queue is the hardest part of the day. Travellers with a tight onward connection or an early departure. Elderly or reduced-mobility passengers who should not be standing for an unknown length of time. Groups landing in a peak arrival bank, when several wide-body flights reach immigration within the same hour and a party of ten is slower than a party of two.
If you are travelling light, alone, and arriving off-peak with nowhere to be, the ordinary lane is usually fine. The service earns its place when the group is large, the schedule is tight, or someone in the party cannot wait comfortably.

- How far in advance should I book Fast Track?
- Book it with the rest of your travel arrangements rather than on the day. The service is escort-based and staffed per flight, so the earlier your flight details are on file, the more certain the assignment — particularly during high season and on peak weekend arrival banks at Punta Cana.
- What happens if my flight is delayed?
- Your flight is monitored, and a delayed or early arrival moves the escort with it. You do not need to call ahead or rebook. If a missed connection changes your flight number or arrival date, tell us as soon as you know so the assignment follows the new flight.
- Does Fast Track cover customs?
- The escort accompanies you through the airport's priority immigration lane and stays with you through the arrivals process, including the customs area, on the way to baggage and your vehicle. The inspection decisions themselves remain with the Dominican authorities — no service can waive them.
- Are children included?
- Children travel with the party they are booked in. Fast Track is reserved per traveller, so include every passenger — adults and children — when you book, and the escort takes the whole group through together.
